App okay, vendors need to be vetted

The app itself is pretty good however I would caution everyone - buyer beware! I purchased an item from a vendor that never shipped. I had to create a case in order to get the store owner to respond to me even though I emailed him (nicely) twice. Was told Id be issued a refund, waited a week, emailed saying Id wait another week before Id escalate the case and voila! instant refund.
