Why?

Why? Why cant I change the settings to the language I prefer? I really, really like this app and Ive tried for months not to be irritated by the sometimes asinine translations from English to German but its really starting to bother me.
Please, either hire someone that actually can speak German or, and that would be preferable, dont presume that just because someone lives in Germany he/ she wants to have an automatic translation!!! Just let the customer decide and I promise Ill give you a five star rating.
